Total custom home design and drawings
Total remodel/ addition design and drawings
Historic preservation or renovation.
Historically accurate remodel or additions sensitive to the buildings history and character.
Historic infill buildings that are sensitive to their surroundings. New structures within a historic neighborhood.
Presentation drawings of your new or existing home or business for display, brochures, newspaper, etc.
Scale models built to your plan or existing building for display, advertising, etc.
3D Perspective drawings, hand drawn for an artful character, not computer modeled (which can tend to have cold & sterile qualities.)
Plan book plan revisions with your plan, we will add your dreams to an existing plan.
Contractor Services, i.e. custom home plans with your client, spec home plans.
If you have something in mind that you do not see listed feel free to call and ask if I can provide that service. If I can't I may be able to give you the name of somebody who can.
All plans and designs are the strict ownership of the client. While the drawings will be archived in the office, rest assured your home design is strictly yours and yours alone.

I was an honor role graduate of Washington State University with an Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, and Bachelor of Architecture Degrees. While I am not a licensed architect at this time, I have the background, degrees and experience. At this point in my career, I have chosen not to pay the big bucks to take the test to have the piece of paper stating as such.
