Remington Hills Craftsman:

This home is located in the Spokane Valley on a frontally sloped lot in the Remington Hills development. The challenge with this design was to create a home with both a traditionally located front entry with a daylighted lower floor as well. This contemporary rancher combines a bit of the Prairie Style with traditional roof lines and porch detailing. An efficiently designed structure allows this home to fit within a tight budget, and allows a bit more square footage for the money.
